Frequently asked questions

What is a soundbath? How will it help my child?

A soundbath is a sensory experience, listening to gentle instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes. It is beneficial in aiding sleep, soothing anxieties and relaxation. Many people often fall asleep during.

I can't make this date, will you do more?

Yes, and to start with they will be during school holidays - then moving to more regular sessions on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. The best way to keep updated is to subscribe to my mailing list.

The time has been factored so that parents who work up until 5pm can still attend, and children can have dinner before. There will be future dates where soundbaths start and end earlier - although it is an activity to do before settling down to sleep.

Will you do one for younger children/ toddlers?

Yes, this will be coming soon.

How is this tailored to children?

Specific instruments have been chosen to cater to children's sound sensitivities which are different to adult soundbaths.
