My mission:

To help anyone I can be happy, healing, growing and thriving.

I hold a light to however you are feeling, and create safe spaces for that process to unfold.

I am Reiki Master, Sound Therapy Practitioner, NHS Marketing Associate and Learning Disability & Autism project worker.

I offer a Reiki, Sound Healing and Tarot services to provide gentle emotional, wellbeing, or spiritual support in a judgement-free environment. My approach is tailored to individual needs, with a combination of holistic, spiritual and educational practices. I also hold specialist training and years of face to face experience to support people with a learning disability and autism.

From 1-1 support, group settings, corporate team building, parties, I support those in need to feel happier and more aligned.

Other things about me:

I am half Japanese, and many of my beliefs, including Reiki, come from my heritage. I am proud to be part of the Tokugawa Shogunate Clan lineage - this is the Hatamoto samurai linage that Usui (the discoverer of Reiki) also came from.
I work for the NHS and for Talkback UK a charity supporting people with learning disabilities and autism
I had an acting career before
I am deeply spiritual, but I have many aspects of myself and I'm not your typical 'zen' spiritual healer
My parents are musicians, which is much of what inspired me on my sound healing journey
I love dancing, singing, yoga and art
I am supported everyday by my friends, partners, teachers and seniors and I am forever grateful for their lessons.
