REIKI HEALING, EXPLAINED.
Reiki is a Japanese form of holistic energy healing focusing on your chakra energy centres. Reiki is for you if you want to improve your wellbeing and feel more aligned. Your session will leave you feeling more balanced, happy and peaceful, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Afterwards, you may feel alert and buzzed, or you may feel mellow and calm.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the transfer of energy through me, to you promoting balance and facilitating the body's natural healing process.
During a reiki session, I place my hands lightly on or just above your 7 main energy centres, allowing the energy to flow through them
This is all to do with energy fields, magnetic fields and chakras
Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy alongside traditional medical treatments, and promotes overall well-being and improves spiritual connection.
MY APPROACH TO REIKI
During your session, you will learn about your personal energy centres and how they are all functioning. This is paired with cleansing and clearing so you can begin to feel less stuck in these areas.
For your first session, you will be guided through everything, if you choose to come back, it will be more focussed on relaxation and can be done in silence.
You will receive a crystal gift at the end for you to take home.
I use a combination of hand placements, mantras, symbols, crystals, lighting and music to set the perfect ambiance for you to receive this beautiful universal energy.
