Full moon is all about letting go... that's why we've created an evening of relaxation, to help you realign and release what no longer serves you. Enjoy movement, meditation, breathwork, herbal teas.

What should I bring?
  • Roll out mat/yoga mat to lie on

  • Journal and pen (we will have spare if you forget)

  • Blanket

  • Pillow

  • Eyemask optional

  • Wear comfortable clothes you can even show up in PJ's. The idea is to be as comfortable as possible, it's chill.

Parking

Parking on Kitchener Road with a 1-2 minute walk to the venue

Admission
Arrive from 7.50 pm to get settled. Doors lock at 8.05pm there will be no admission for late comers after this time, we will be in meditation mode - it is unfair to others to disturb this. There will be no on the door entry to anyone who hasn't booked a ticket.
Who is this for?

This event is for all adults, all genders who want to add wellness as part of their routine.

Cancellation policy
  • More than 48 hours notice of cancellation = refund or honour the space to go to the next Full Moon Date.

  • Less than 48 hours notice including on the day cancellation = no refund and booking required to come again.

What to expect

Expect an evening of pure relaxation to release any stresses, worries and limitations under the full moon. Your evening will consist of:

  • Herbal tea upon entry

  • Light breathwork

  • Gentle Movement

  • Guided meditation

  • Journalling excercise

  • Soundbath

  • + a crystal to take home with you
