What should I bring?

  • Roll out mat/yoga mat to lie on

  • Blanket

  • Pillow

  • Eyemask optional

  • Wear comfortable clothes you can even show up in PJ's. The idea is to be as comfortable as possible, it's chill.

Parking

Free on High Street after 6pm although spaces are limited
Amersham Old Town Car Park - 186 spaces - free after 7pm - 1 minute walk to venue

Cost

  • 1 x SoundPass Session - £14

  • Monthly SoundPasses for multiple sessions per month will be introduced

  • No on the door entry

Admission
Bookings online close the day before the session. Arrive at 7.20 pm to get settled. Doors lock at 7.35pm there will be no admission for late comers after this time, we will be in meditation mode - it is unfair to others to disturb this. There will be no on the door entry to anyone who hasn't booked a SoundPass.
Who is this for?

All adults and children 12+. I am going to be running separate events specially for children under 12 and parents.

Not recommended for:

  • those in first trimester of pregnancy

  • adverse mental health conditions where sound may trigger extreme emotional responses

  • those with sound induced epilepsy

  • those with metal implants or a pacemaker

    Always consult a doctor if you need to check.

Cancellation policy

  • If you've booked a one off SoundPass, your space is for the date selected.

  • More than 48 hours notice of cancellation = refund or honour the spaces to move to a date during the month you've booked for.

  • Less than 48 hours notice including on the day cancellation = no refund and booking required to come again

  • If you've booked a Monthly SoundPass, your spaces are valid each week for that Month only. If you miss a week, I'm unable to refund that week.

    This ensures everyone on the waitlist gets reasonable notice to attend.
